You never see it, but it happens every day. In pharmacies and compounding pharmacies, medication is sorted and made ready for patients. At FarmaSort we build the sorting machines that do that work, for example for medication rolls. They help get the right medication to the right patient, without errors.
Patients never see our work, but it is a critical step in the process. In healthcare above all, there is no room for error. That takes precision, reliability and people who do this work every day. That is where we are at home, and it is why healthcare is more to us than a market: it is the world our machines operate in.

What does the fund do?
The Radboud Oncologie Fonds pays for scientific cancer research at the Radboudumc, the university hospital in Nijmegen. That research covers liver cancer, brain tumours, sarcomas and lung cancer. The goal is clear: better treatments, a cure rate approaching 100% and a better quality of life for patients.
Good research takes a great deal of time and money, which is why the fund relies on people and companies that give regularly. More than 50 companies in the region already support it as corporate partners. Together they make it possible for researchers to carry on, even when the results are years away.
Why we are doing this
We work for the healthcare sector, but out of the patient’s sight. The fund works at the other end of the same chain, on research that leads to better treatments. While we make sure medication reaches patients safely, the fund’s researchers are working on the treatments of tomorrow.
The Radboudumc is practically on our doorstep. The research done there has an impact far beyond Nijmegen, but it begins close to home. As a company based in Wijchen, we think it matters to give something back to the area we work in, and to support a cause that may touch any of us sooner or later.
Contributing to a future in which cancer is cured more often
Better treatments and a better quality of life do not happen by themselves. They begin with research, with people who are given the time and means to keep digging. With our support we hope to play our part in that future.
