How Total Filling works?
At Total Filling, medications are divided into two separate groups. The first group includes the large bulk of medications, while the second group comprises all exceptions, such as medications with large dimensions, refrigerated products, and prescriptions containing only one medication. On the packing tables, the recipes are electronically checked in an ergonomic manner and provided with shipping packaging and recipient address labels.
Using Roto Filling or Speed Filling+, prescriptions are sorted into a delivery tote per pharmacy, delivery route, or location code. This extra-large version of Roto Filling accommodates up to 48 delivery crates. Centralization is the future, and Total Filling provides the ideal solution! Easy Picking
With Easy Picking, the required medications are gathered as a batch from the inventory. The user is guided through the process of collecting the correct medications and quantities using instructions displayed on the wireless scanner. Additionally, the system verifies if the right product has been picked. This way, the picking process is efficient, and the number of picking errors is reduced.
Speed Filling
Speed Filling is designed to process large quantities of medications quickly and accurately. Within the Total Filling concept, Speed Filling is used to label the large bulk of medications rapidly and sort them directly into one of the 50 crates. This makes the sorting process more efficient and allows for the rapid processing of large quantities of medications in a short amount of time.
Easy Filling
Where Speed Filling is characterized by its high processing capacity, Easy Filling distinguishes itself through its flexibility. Therefore, all exceptions, such as medications with large dimensions, refrigerated products, partially used packages, and prescriptions containing only one medication, are sorted and packaged using Easy Filling.

With the help of Roto Filling or Speed Filling+, prescriptions are sorted into a delivery crate per pharmacy, delivery route, or location code.
